The vacuum switch vacuum tester has a compact structure, a light and small model, a shorter test time, higher measurement reliability, stability, and accuracy, and more complete functions. The use method and process of vacuum switch vacuum tester:
1. Power off both ends of the vacuum tube under test. The vacuum tube to be tested does not need to be disassembled from the switch cabinet, but the vacuum tube must be in a normal disconnected state, and the switch of the vacuum switch inlet and outlet must be opened;
2. Function selection. After the wiring is completed, turn on the power switch of the instrument, the LCD screen will display the interface ① as shown in the figure for about 3 seconds, and then the interface ② will be displayed. At this time, you can use the “Settings” key to move the cursor to select the year, month, and day to be adjusted, and then press the “↑” key to adjust the number to be consistent with the current date. After the adjustment is completed, press the “Enter” key to enter the interface ○3 , At this time, you can use the “↑” key or the “Settings” key to move the cursor to select the corresponding function. The vacuum switch vacuum tester will perform tasks such as tube type setting, measurement, and viewing historical data according to the selected function;
3. Set the tube type. After selecting the “Set tube type” function, press the OK key, and the screen will enter the set tube type interface. At this time, press the “↑” key or the “Set” key to set the tube type, the specific tube type setting parameter table is as follows:
Diameter of arc extinguishing chamber ≤80mm No. 1 tube type
80<Arc extinguishing chamber diameter≤100mm No. 2 tube type
100mm<Arc extinguishing chamber diameter≤110mm No. 3 tube type
110mm<Arc extinguishing chamber diameter≤130mm No. 4 tube type
Note: In general, the wall thickness of the glass tube is 5mm, and the thickness of the ceramic tube is 10mm. Measure the circumference L of the vacuum tube first, then calculate the diameter of the vacuum tube (L/3.14), and then subtract 2 times the wall thickness of the vacuum tube from the diameter to get the diameter of the interrupter;
4. Vacuum degree measurement. The tube type must be set before the measurement (see step 4). Press the OK button to return to the interface ○3, select “Measure” and press the OK button to perform vacuum measurement, and the instrument will display;
5. Where ×× represents the time required for charging. When the charging time drops from 60 seconds to 0 seconds, the instrument stops charging, and then the instrument outputs pulsed high voltage and simultaneously outputs pulsed magnetic field voltage. Then the screen will display the value of the vacuum degree of the vacuum switch under test, and the instrument will display interface ○5 (2.3E-03Pa is 0.0023Pa) after the measurement. Choose to execute the “Save” command to save the current LCD data, choose to execute the “Print” command to print out the current LCD data, if you want to measure again, press the “Reset” key or press “↑” or “Set” Press the key to place the cursor on “Return”, and then press the “Enter” key to return the instrument;
6. After the measurement is over, turn off the power of the instrument and wait for 5 seconds before removing the wire. When removing the wire, first remove the test wire connected to the instrument, and then remove the connection with the vacuum tube and the magnetron coil. Please read the instructions carefully before use to avoid misoperation;
The use method and process of the vacuum switch vacuum tester are as mentioned above. The traditional detection method is the “pressure resistance method”, that is, when the vacuum switch is in the open state, a certain voltage is applied between the moving and static contacts to detect the leakage current The size of the vacuum tube can be inferred from this. The advantage of this method is: the operation is simple; the disadvantage is: it can only qualitatively detect the quality of the vacuum tube.
