With the development of my country’s power industry, the requirements for the voltage level of test transformers are getting higher and higher, and traditional oil-immersed test transformers, no matter in terms of volume, weight and performance, are less and less able to meet the requirements of on-site work. With the progress of basic scientific research in our country, the application of new materials and new processes has pushed the new medium sulfur hexafluoride gas to the application field of power equipment. Due to the excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance of sulfur hexafluoride gas, and non-combustibility, it has been widely used as a new insulating medium.
After years of hard work, our company has successfully studied the gas-filled light-duty test transformer. Compared with the traditional oil-immersed light-duty test transformer, the weight of this series of products is reduced by 20%-60% (depending on the voltage and capacity level). And there is no oil pollution, and the voltage level of a single test transformer can reach 300KV. Due to the new production process, the technical performance of the product has been greatly improved, and it is especially suitable for on-site work and frequent moving working conditions.
