Project Description
Product Features:
The frequency response method uses the sweep frequency method to measure the winding characteristics of the transformer. Without hanging the cover and disassembling the transformer, by detecting the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding, for transformers of 6kV and above, the winding distortion, bulging or shifting can be accurately measured. Deformation conditions
Frequency response method has very high frequency accuracy, with an accuracy higher than 0.001%
The frequency response method adopts digital frequency synthesis, and the frequency stability is higher. The frequency response method uses 5000V voltage isolation to fully protect the safety of the test computer.
The instrument has the function of measuring inductance.
Transformer winding deformation comprehensive tester (frequency response method) is used to test 6kV and above power transformers and other special-purpose transformers. Our products belong to transformer testing instruments. Power transformers are inevitably subjected to various fault short-circuit currents or physical impacts during operation or transportation.
Impact, under the action of the strong electromotive force generated by the short-circuit current, the transformer windings may lose stability, resulting in permanent deformation such as local distortion, bulging or displacement, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer.
According to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2016, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure the winding deformation of the transformer, which is to detect the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer, and compare the detection results longitudinally or laterally, according to the change of the amplitude-frequency response characteristics To determine the possible deformation of the transformer winding.
The short-circuit impedance method does not require an external power supply and uses AC220V low-voltage power supply, which can automatically apply voltage to the AB, BC, and CA high-voltage windings of the transformer, collect data synchronously, and automatically calculate the impedance error percentage. The test results are very intuitive.
The short-circuit impedance method is suitable for impedance testing of transformers of any size and capacity.
During the short-circuit impedance method test, the waveform diagram of the test current and test voltage is displayed, which is convenient for real-time monitoring of the test situation.
The instrument has the function of measuring inductance.
