In order to help on-site maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately find the ground fault point, our company has developed a portable DC ground fault finder through years of hard work and summed up a large amount of field experience. It also call ground fault indicator. This finder can find and solve various voltage levels (48V, 110V, 220V) Insulation faults such as indirect grounding, non-metal grounding, loop grounding, simultaneous positive and negative grounding, positive and negative balance grounding, AC and DC channeling faults, and multi-point grounding in the DC system.
The portable DC ground fault finder adopts a high-resolution sensor unit to collect the leakage current of the grounding point in the DC system, and detects the insulation resistance to the ground within 600KΩ under the 220V voltage level. The detection speed is fast and the positioning is accurate, which truly solves the DC problem. Insulation failure in the system.
Ammeter function, the device can be used as a high-precision ammeter, and the current measurement resolution can reach 0.01mA;
It has a non-signal grounding search function, and the device can locate the ground fault point without injecting any signal into the system;
Direction display function. For branch circuits with grounding indications tested, the instrument will have direction indication arrows to remind the user of the relative direction between the grounding point and the grounding point being searched, which improves the search efficiency.
Insulation index analysis function. When using the grounding function to detect, after detecting a branch, the detector will display the insulation index of the branch for the user’s reference and analysis.
