Chapter 1 Requirements for Application for Installation (Repair, Test) Power Facilities License
Article 1.
The license levels for the installation (repair, test) power facilities of the installation category are divided into Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, and Class 5.
Article 2
Those who have obtained the first-level installation (repair, test) power facility permits can engage in the installation activities of all voltage levels of power facilities. Applicants should meet the following conditions:
(1) Legal person qualifications and perfect organizational structure;
(2) Registered capital and net assets of more than 60 million yuan;
(3) In the last 3 years, have undertaken any of the following projects listed in the first sub-item and any of the projects listed in the second and third sub-items, and the project quality is qualified:
1. 2 substations with voltage level above 330kv or 5 substations with voltage level of 220kv;
2. 300 kilometers of overhead lines above 330kv or 500 kilometers of 220kv overhead lines;
3. A crossover project of 80 kilometers of cable lines above 220kv or more than 100 meters above the tower elevation.
(4) The highest and highest annual project settlement income of more than 200 million yuan in the installation of electric power facilities in the last 3 years;
(5) The person in charge of technology and the person in charge of safety has more than 10 years of experience in the installation and management of electric power facilities, and possesses senior technical qualifications related to electric power;
(6) There are more than 70 professional technical and economic management personnel, including more than 50 personnel with intermediate or above technical qualifications in electric power-related majors;
