Wiring of battery charge and discharge tester

The battery discharge test integrates constant current discharge, intelligent charging, cell monitoring and activation of the battery. A multi-purpose battery discharge tester with one machine, the battery charge-discharge tester needs to be prepared for wiring when the battery charge-discharge tester is working.

Before testing the battery charging and discharging tester, sufficient preparations for the battery charging and discharging tester wiring must be done, including:
1. Before the test, the battery charging and discharging tester should be connected in the order of “instrument first, then battery”, that is, connect the connection of the instrument end first, and then the connection of the battery end.

2. After the test is completed, the user should remove the wires in the order of “battery first, then instrument”, that is, first disconnect the battery terminal connection, and then disconnect the instrument connection connection.

3. First confirm that the battery pack is out of the system, and then use the charge and discharge cable to press “positive” (red) and “negative” (black) to connect the positive and negative poles of the instrument with the positive and negative poles of the battery pack in parallel.

4. Connect the 220V power cord of the battery charge and discharge tester.

5. Note: The protective ground wire should be reliably grounded to ensure personal safety and the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

The correct sequence of wiring and disconnection of the battery charge and discharge tester is as above. Batteries are a kind of DC power source that converts electrical energy into chemical energy and stores it, and then converts chemical energy into electrical energy when electricity is needed. It is a convenient, safe and reliable DC power supply, but what many people don’t know is that: The battery also needs to be charged and discharged regularly, and then the battery charging and discharging tester equipment is required for the charging and discharging test.
